Fizzen is sparkling fruit juice with protein. Every 12 fl oz can has 8g of clean whey protein isolate, 5g of collagen peptides, real fruit juice, and zero sugar added. No chalk. No artificial flavors. No aftertaste.

8g of whey protein isolate plus 5g of collagen peptides. Whey isolate is the most bioavailable form of whey — we use it because it mixes clean and doesn't taste chalky. Collagen supports skin, hair, and joints.

Yes — all four flavors are gluten-free and non-GMO. They contain dairy (from the whey).

Whey protein isolate contains very little lactose (less than 1%), and most people with mild lactose intolerance tolerate it fine. If you're severely lactose-intolerant or have a dairy allergy, Fizzen isn't for you — yet. We're working on a plant-based version.

3g of carbs and 0g of added sugar per can. The small amount of natural sugar comes from the real fruit juice. Fits into most low-carb and keto eating patterns. Sweetened with stevia — no sucralose, no aspartame.

There's nothing in Fizzen that's unsafe for kids — no caffeine, no added sugar, nothing weird. That said, it's marketed as an adult protein drink and the 8g of protein per can is calibrated for adult bodies. Use your judgment.

Generally yes — no caffeine, real ingredients, low added sugar. But please check with your healthcare provider before adding any protein drink to your routine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
