How we get it to you

Shipping

Quick version: we ship cold-fast across the 50 states, free on orders over $35, no subscriptions required. The longer version is below.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. If you're trying to order for an APO / FPO address, email us and we'll figure it out.

How long it takes

  • Order cutoff: orders placed before 12pm CT Monday–Thursday ship the same day. Orders after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Transit time: 2–5 business days via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, depending on where you are. We don't ship on weekends so that cans don't sit on a dock over Saturday and Sunday.
  • Heat-sensitive delivery: in high temps (75°F+ forecast anywhere along the route), we hold orders until Monday of the following week so your cans don't cook in a warehouse. You'll get a heads-up email if this delays your shipment.

What it costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders $35+.
  • Under $35: flat $7.99 standard shipping.
  • Subscription orders ship free every time — no minimum.
  • Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee based on your zip code.

Tracking your order

You'll get a confirmation email the moment we ship, with a tracking link. If 24 hours after receiving the shipping email your tracking hasn't updated, don't worry — carriers sometimes scan a day late. If it's been more than 3 business days without an update, email hello@drinkfizzen.com and we'll chase it down.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

We pack every box to survive a drop, but sometimes cans get dented in transit. If anything arrives damaged, wrong, or leaking:

  1. Snap a photo of the outer box and the contents (this helps us file carrier claims).
  2. Email hello@drinkfizzen.com within 14 days of delivery.
  3. We'll replace or refund — your choice — within 1–2 business days.

You don't need to return the damaged product. Just recycle the cans that are still intact and enjoy the ones that survived.

Lost or stuck in transit

If the carrier marks your package delivered but you can't find it, give it 48 hours — it often turns up at a neighbor's or gets re-scanned. If it's still missing, email us with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier. For packages genuinely lost, we'll reship at no charge.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected cadence. You can skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel any time before the next renewal charges — just log in to your account. Subscription orders always ship free.

Wholesale and retail

If you run a retailer, cafe, gym, or office and want to carry Fizzen, please email wholesale@drinkfizzen.com instead of ordering through the Site. We have a separate shipping program with pallet pricing, LTL freight options, and net-30 terms for approved accounts.

Returns

Because Fizzen is perishable, we don't accept returns of unopened or opened product. If something is wrong with your order, use the damaged/wrong instructions above — we'll make it right.
